The First of Many

This month my sweet little man celebrated his first Birthday with us!! He is now five and growing up on me. We gave Luke his birthday gift before his party so he would have a chance to play with it. We had his party in our hometown but decided at the last second to throw a small one here so his friends could come. We are so glad we did!  Here are some pictures from all of the birthday festivities. Enjoy!

One Stop on a Roadtrip

This past January my brother and his sweet wife came to visit us as they were road tripping across the US from where they spent Christmas in California.  We had a fun and full few days. Our first trip was to Cincinnati where we enjoyed amazing, big-as-your-face burgers at Terry's Turf Club (a local favorite), a trip to IKEA, and stopped by President Taft's home. We also squeezed in a trip to the Louisville Slugger Museum and the Science Center. We had so much fun with them and love when they come to visit! Enjoy the photos from the week.
